boviX Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your use of boviX mobile app and related services. By creating an account or using boviX, you agree to these terms.
1. Eligibility and Account
- You must provide accurate registration details and keep them updated.
- You are responsible for activity under your account and phone number.
- You must keep your credentials secure and confidential.
2. Platform Role
boviX is a livestock marketplace platform. Transactions are between users. boviX does not guarantee sale, purchase outcome, or payment completion. boviX is not a payment intermediary. boviX does not guarantee the health, breed quality, productivity, vaccination status.
3. User Responsibilities
- Do not post false, misleading, or unlawful content.
- Do not impersonate another person or misuse another account.
- Do not engage in harassment, fraud, or abusive conduct.
- Respect applicable laws related to livestock and commerce.
4. Listings and Content
- You retain ownership of content you submit.
- You grant boviX a license to display and process your content to operate the service.
- boviX may remove or restrict content that violates policies or law.
Voice listings: by using the microphone to create a listing, you agree that boviX may record your voice, convert it to text, and use the recording and text to create, review and moderate your listing, as described in our Privacy Policy. Recordings are deleted automatically after 90 days. Do not include other people's personal details in your recordings.
5. Prohibited Use
- No scraping, reverse engineering, or unauthorized automation.
- No malware, spam, or attempts to disrupt platform operations.
- No manipulation of deals, identity, ranking, or engagement metrics.
6. Suspension and Termination
boviX may suspend or terminate accounts for policy violations, fraud, abuse, or legal compliance reasons.
7. Disclaimer and Liability
Services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, boviX is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.
